India Post — Untrained staff in kazhakuttom post office

I would like to bring to your kind notice that employees of post office at kazhakuttom, trivandrum are not trained in their day to day duties so lot of delay in post office work. Renewal of mis and term deposits takes almost a month to happen so now we are reluctant to do any deposits with the post office. Request to recruit efficient employees.
