My Product which a was shipped on 27th October, reached Chennai exchange office on 31st and has not proceeded from may I know what the problem is.. my shipment tracking number is RB[protected]SG

My register indian post parcel RC[protected]MY suck in transit in destination State from one office to another for more than 10 days. total transit days is 56 days. what was the problem.
