India Post — wrong delivery of article through international registered post tracking no:rb[protected]sg

Dear concerned,
I have purchased electronic goods from china and has been shipped from singapore with tracking no rb[protected]sg status has been reflecting as per indian post website received but it has not been delivered to me (Being the rightful owner). It has been delivered to wrong person, request to retrieve the goods from the wrong person or share the details or contact no of person it has been delivered.
