IndiaBulls — Amount yet to be credited and plastic card yet to be Despatched

Hello Team,

I Initiated the transaction to credit amount from dhani app and it is yet to be credited and also, i ordered the plastic Debit card 4 days ago and i am yet to get the Card despatch status, as i was informed will get despatch in 48 hours.

Please check and resolve it ASAP
