Inspite of payment they presented ECS mandate 3 times and my bank has charged bounce charges each time @ 590/bounce. Above that Indiabulls separately charged 472/bounce which I paid along with EMI but still the presented the mandate and tried to siphon money from account. Due to expected financial issue I had tried to pay June EMI on May 25th using digital payment option given in dhani app which failed due to their system error and they added the amount to general balance of wallet and asked me to use it for utilities payment instead of refund. It was the only money I had left which I had kept for EMI payment. Bank is not able to provide statement as it's amount on hold. I have received abusive calls from Hyderabad office asking for EMI payment. They have been harrassing me since lockdown started. Bangalore office is closed and no response from any of the customer care nos. I have around 1 GB of media including photos video and call recording that proves their incapacitated, horrible service.
