[Resolved] IndiaBulls — dhani app showing loan disbursed with no disbursement

It has been a week that i am requesting a call back and have been on series of long holds on your customer service.
I am trying to get in touch with your customer care team on the phone.. It's extremely impossible to get in touch with your company..
I am extremely harassed with the way you operate.

I was checking some offers on dhani app and received this loan amount approval and shows disbursed.

The app shows this amount is credited to my account, however no such amount has been credited to my account.

I request to address my issue, else i will have to take it up to consumer forum.
