Even I got the same problem I have my first due on 5 th of September I got a message like this, Your Dhani Cash has been debited by Rs. 3448.0 for non realization of EMI payment. Avl Bal Wallet:Rs.8, Dhani Cash:Rs.307. Today the date is 1st September how can my money be deducted without any information still my due is showing Rs. 0.00. Here is my registered mobile number [protected]. I called to customer service many time they are not responding I have tried more than 10 times

Hi, I am Umesh Wakalekar from Maharashtra Nashik. Same incident happened with me. Dhani team has deducted my 590 Dhani cash without any information. Rather my credit line EMI has to be started from Dec 2020. No contact and support from dhani team. Please help to resolve the issue.

I'm Jalindar b not having any loan in dhani cash . once i just downloaded the app to see the app functions from that day onwards without my permission money is been debited from my bank account and I'm not able to contact your customer support service so pls check the details or u can contact me

Hi I am Sushant Langu & my Dhani cash was debited on 23rd Jan 2021 without my permission & reason stated was against Non realisation of EMI payment.
My Interest repayment schedule will start from 5th Feb & total principal amount has to be paid with my last Instalment which is on 5th Jan 2022 as per Dhani repayment schedule
There is no such EMI & for the same I have also shared mail with Dhani customer care .
I called Dhani customer care also but couldn’t get any satisfactory resolution.

I am having the same issue, without any information amount is getting deducted from my account, it’s reflecting as NACH -DR -DHANI -LOANS -SER -LTD and cc team is not responding.
This is just not acceptable
