Mai dhai card used karti hoon.aur barabar payment karti hoon.lekin mera mobile Number band hone ki wazah se mai payment nahi kar pa rahi hoon.kyuki dhani one freedom card mai mera diya gaya registered Mobile Number band ho chuka hai . Maine dhani company ko mail kiya foreclosure karne ke liye but unhone koi response nahi diya foreclosure Related. Maine call bhi kiya customer care par unhone bola bhezte hai aapko payment link but nahi bheza unhone mera cibil score kharab ho raha hai plz help kijiye

        I got daily calls from dhani for one freedom card and they told me if I m not using my card I'll not have pay any subscription fée then they told me I have to check availability so I click on avail and now my one freedom card in progress and indiabulls every number in swich off I want cancel this process of one freedom in app they not provide any option for cancel card please cancel my subscription even card not activated it show me charges I apply today so please solve my issues today

          I had experienced one more problem from Dhani Pharmacy. I ordered product of ₹1000.70 on 24 July 2021.
          But, I received product of approximately ₹500 only.

          On Contacting customer support, I came to know that many products had been cancelled from there side & they promised that I will get refund for that within 7 days but I didn't received till today.

            In my credit record of December, I have found one loan in my name with IVL finance which I have never applied for or had any loan on my name. I do not have any relation with IVL Finance.

            I request you to look into this on an urgent basis and correct it.

                  Home loan account number HHLPOR00214580. Taken a home loan at 9 percent in 2015. Now they are charging 13.6 percent. Looting the customers. Market rate of home loan is presently around 6.7 percent. RBI has issued guidelines not to charge more than 8 percent for home loans and to reduce the interest of all customers. They are not adhering to the directions and on contacting the customer care says they do not come under RBI as they are NBFCs. Request for controlling authority for Indiabulls home loans National Housing Bank to take action. It is a big scam. Request for intervention and reduction of interest rates for my housing loan and return of documents.

                      Transaction failed while paying the one freedom card due and money got debited from bank account and i recieved email stating that the transaction is failed and if money got debited then that money will be credited back to bank account in 4-7 working days. But i didn't received any refund despite waiting for 28 days. I tried reaching support of dhani via email complaint and always they say that if money got debited then that will be refunded in 7-10 working days. Its been more than 25 days . I've written many emails to [protected]@dhani.com. At last i came to one conclusion that they dont to give me refund and they dont respond at all. All they do is cheating people by taking their money for failed transaction and not refunding my money . All they is [protected]@0% interest at it isn't true. They charge ₹300 as subscription charges. When we pay first its ₹300 but when we renew they charge Gst which is ₹53 . In this way they are cheating the normal people

                          He is abusing me and blackmailing me threatened me ...he took 13000rs. instead of 10000 and now he is asking for more ...and the app showing that i didnt make a single payment ..then where is my 13000 rs..he siad i will beat you like a dog he even said to me that i will pickup you ...if i see you.. he is calling to my relatives and friends ..he also abused them ..take some action ..otherwise i will go to police station

                                Hi..My Name Is Sushant Subhash Patil...I have dhani one freedom card...my registered phone number is [protected].

                                I have raised my concern that I am unable to make the any payments in dhani app dated on from Septembe 22nd to yet

                                I have get resolution 2 times via email stating that issue gets resolved with reference number[protected] and 24268166

                                I have checked in dhani app but unfortunately, issue has not been resolved and still I have get payment failed pop-up.

                                Please find the attached error screenshot and received resolution emails.

                                As, m unable to do the payments and gets extra charges also badly affected my credit score.

                                Request you please look into this again and do the needful asap.

                                  I tried to pay rent thru phonepe Rs 1215 using dhani freedom card this morning.. transaction failed, but money was deducted..now app is showing me to pay first of 3 EMIs to be paid by today.refunded amount is not reflecting in my dhani account.please help
                                  Later Money was refunded from phonepe.. transaction I'd is T2112170954388326893560
                                  But the money is still not reflecting in dhani freedom card..please help

                                    Hi, Am Ashok, I am unable to make payments of Freedom card emi's through Dhani app. showing u have exceeded ur monthly load limit. And after making payments made by links sent by support are not updating in the app still showing pending. collection team are harrasing after providing payment reference numbers. Help me out

                                    Did all what u said but no use. sent msg they replied u will get call but no one contacted me, sent many mails but no reply. Called many times to customer care but they are irresponsible

                                      My refund is pending since around 27 days now,

                                      I have already connected with the merchant,
                                      Amazon team is saying that if Dhani has not received the amount, how Amazon has shared the refund reference number then in this case

                                      Refund Reference # VMRNG39Y0000KVJYU0Z4

                                      This number is shared by the server only when the amount gets credited to your server !!

                                      This is the amount for which my merchant has initiated the refund on 20th Nov 21,
                                      Till date its struck at your end, and not been credited to my account,

                                      Kindly please help me in receiving my refund back asap,
                                      Else, please help me in raising Charge Dispute Form so that i can share the same with Amazon team, if you say so,
