This company is really a fraud company, the CUSTOMER care advisor don't have the manners to talk to the CUSTOMER they are just shouting and they are arguing like they have owned this company.
I have made the payment of my overdues and it's been three days it's not have been updated and i haven't recieved the cashback and it was a instant cashback. Really fed up with this company. And during the covid times they have introduce the games program in which they have said that they will give 1 rupee for 1 point then they checked thà t people are earning a lot so they have changed the terms and conditions like it's a 420 totally. They just harras me i have earned 9000 something point and in this hard time i thought that i will pay my emi from this but they have given me 150 rs at the end what a nice fraud. Due to this only i have not made the payment of my emi for three months and these ### have charges 3500 for emi over dues they have decreased my cibil score they have charged 295 for more than 10 times from ny account bloody fool company. I will file a case against this company and really pathetic CUSTOMER care service. It's a request please teach your advisor how to talk to the CUSTOMER.
