[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — emi wrongly debited without my consent from other bank

Dear sir,

Subject: without permission emi has been debited, recredit the emi

While verifying the monthly statement of my above account for month of 1st april, 2020 to 5th may, 2020 on my kotak mahindra bank, i find a debit of rupees 1334.00/- with the narration ecsidr-ivl finance ltdiy-kmb which i didn't know about this as i have not done any kind of nach details to pay with the indiabulls dhani agreement no.[protected] & personal loan account no. Idhadel08736668 because of moratorium raised by the rbi.

I give below the details on the debit:

Date of debit: 5th may, 2020
Amount: rs.1334.00/-
Narration made: ecsidr-ivl finance ltdiy-kmb

I have not made any transactions where in such charges is due. There were no such charges ever in my account. Hence i presume that it is an inadvertent error from your side. I request you to kindly verify and rectify the error by re-crediting the amount to the account as i have to bein norm or neither i done the ecs mandatory to my kotak bank account.

I hope you will arrange to do the needful at the earliest.
