I have booked a apartment on 2016 july with initial amt 2 laks (Block d1901).
After that some financial concern i had cancelled my booking on feb 2017 and had submitted the cancellation documents on 4 sep 2017.
I was advised by the india bulls green real estate that i will be receiving back my token advance (2 laks) with in 30 - 45 days from the date of 4 sep 2017 (Cancellation document submission date).
