Dear sir/madam,
I am a customer of indiabulls loan id 53917370
Please note, up to the march 1st, 2020 i have been promptly paying my monthly payment and almost half of my loan amount i have paid to you, but due to covid19 lock down in our country since march, 2020 i have lost my job, and i do not have any source of income, as i am badly struggling to survive in absence of job. Plus i am suffering with a high risk mdr tuberculosis, taking treatment in govt hospital past one year, therefore i was unable to pay the monthly emi bill during this lockdown,
As announced by rbi and govt of india, to grant a moratorium relief to any consumer, i had applied for the same by email and tried calling your customer care several times, but no one was coming over phone, instead calls are going on automated voice system, so i never got any confirmation from your end so far.
I still do not have any job, but i am constantly trying to look for one, a job after september months is expected to me, therefore i will be able to pay my emi bill from last week of october 2020.
Hereby i request you :-
1.) please send me my loan statement, from march to september 2020,
2.) please remove the financial charges/late payment and unnecessary penalty from my statement during moratorium period march to august, as per rbi moratorium regulation/govt. Of india directives to give relief to customer during this hard situation of covid19 pandemic.
3) my current financial condition is very bad, and i am finding it very hard to survive in life due to this lockdown and job loses, therefore i can not pay my monthly emi amount rs.7931, therefore please increase the loan tenure to another 24 month, and give me a new repayment plan for rs. 4000 per month emi approximately, this way it will be easy for me to reply my balance amount in this hard crisis situation.
4) my current emi/ecs is going from my hdfc bank, this is account is rs.10000 monthly min. Amount account, which i can not maintain during the crisis situation, therefore i am going to close this account, i have zero monthly average bank account with kotak mahindra bank - request you kindly send your representative to collect necessary details and switch my monthly ecs payment from hdfc bank to my kotak mahindra bank account. (I have already sent you my cancelled check and other details by email of kotak mahindra bank)
5) also please note, though i have been trying to contact your customer care directly to discuss my situation, but yet i am not getting any response on the same, besides your collection agents has been contacting me constantly, using a threatening language and filthy words, this is causing me a great mental agony and harassment,
Today dated 14-sep-2020 your collection agent mr. Yogesh kumar, phone no.[protected], called early morning and came at my address about 9.30 a. M., forcing me to pay right away and used a very rough and filthy language with me.
I request you kindly to stop them from harassing me and please have a direct communication with me by your own company executives, if my above request is not taken into consideration and if such act persist, i will have no option but to seek for a legal advice and file fir against the agent and the indiabulls finance, also will approach for a help in consumer court, write the matter to rbi and govt of india finance dept over social media and rbi bank of ombudsmen for such harassment, as my intention is very clear to pay your outstanding, but with some relief in form of extended emi option. Because due to lockdown and global covid pendamic19 i am really facing a very hard time. And under no circumstance i can honor total outstanding payment right away.
