IndiaBulls — home loan emi deferment under covid 19 - moratorium

My self Sandip Chakraborty Loan Account No - HHLK00410729 last 30th March 2020 I have apply EMI deferment for 3 month via online also received confirmation SMS, but it’s total fraud by INDIABULLS management sending EMI for collection on 5th of April 2020 also sent sms they will represent EMI (NACH) again 15th of April 2020?

It’s simply harassment by INDIABULLS management also avoid RBI prescribe COVID 19 Morotorium order for said EMI bounced charges bank was deducted to my account as well as its effect my CIBIL score also.

This is total unprofessional approach by INDIABULLS.
