Dear sir/mam,
I have applied for morototium for the month of may & june, 2020. Though i have applied for a moratorium, collection executive from coimbatore insisted me to pay for loan. So i have paid the amount on 25th may, again my account has auto-bebited on 26th may, 2020. They have taken the loan amount twice. (One amount in advance). Then june month also they have presented the cheque twice on 5th & 9th, june 2020 (Though i have paid in advance) my cheque got bounced twice and my bank charged me the same (Rs.413 + rs.413 = rs.826). Later on indiabulls also charged me extra 3 accounts, instead of 1 account. Now it's almost 45 days my account is reflecting with overdue amount due to bank's mistake. I have sent many mails but no response. Without solving the problems, they are simply sending email mentioned that your issue has resolved from [protected]@indiabulls.com. I was not able contact the customer care people also. My local bank people also not provided the relavant informations. They asked me to pay the amount and trying to escape from this issue. I have no other go so that i am complaining here. Now my cibil score gone down because of the bank's mistake. So please take any action to finish it off this issues at the earliest.
