IndiaBulls — Issue not solved for 51 days

Dear sir/mam,
I have applied for morototium for the month of may & june, 2020. Though i have applied for a moratorium, collection executive from coimbatore insisted me to pay for loan. So i have paid the amount on 25th may, again my account has auto-bebited on 26th may, 2020. They have taken the loan amount twice. (One amount in advance). Then june month also they have presented the cheque twice on 5th & 9th, june 2020 (Though i have paid in advance) my cheque got bounced twice and my bank charged me the same (Rs.413 + rs.413 = rs.826). Later on indiabulls also charged me extra 3 accounts, instead of 1 account. Now it's almost 45 days my account is reflecting with overdue amount due to bank's mistake. I have sent many mails but no response. Without solving the problems, they are simply sending email mentioned that your issue has resolved from [protected]@indiabulls.com. I was not able contact the customer care people also. My local bank people also not provided the relavant informations. They asked me to pay the amount and trying to escape from this issue. I have no other go so that i am complaining here. Now my cibil score gone down because of the bank's mistake. So please take any action to finish it off this issues at the earliest.

No costumer support team called me till date. It's been a week passed you people promised to take care of this issue. But nothing turned up. Really unfair 🙁

Dear sir/madam,

I have sent many mails regarding my cheque bounce and overdue for my Dhani credit line. I haven't get a solution yet from your end. It has happened all because of your staff at Coimbatore branch. He misguided me that not to maintain a sufficient balance in my account for the month of June'2020. Because of him only my account got bounced. I send many mails to [protected]@indiabulls.com & [protected]@indiabulls.com. But no solution yet. They have given wrong commitment towards this issue. I kindly request you to please listen and take necessary action against them. If not then I will take this issue further legal action.

Names of the staffs are as follows:
1. Mr.Kamesh - Collection Executive

2. Mr.Suresh - Manager.

Address : Indiabulls Ventures private limited, Sathy Road, Ganapathy, Coimbatore.

Mr.Kamesh promised me to give me the solution. But everyday he was giving me wrong commitment and not loyal to his work. I was doing a follow up with him for 70 days. No momentum from him. Now he is not picking my call and simply avoiding me. For his mistake I will not be able to pay the particular EMI, Bounce charges and other. He is blaming other persons. Mr.Suresh also gave me a commitment to waive off the bounce charges as because of their mistakes. Now the staff from Coimbatore office said that they are not responsible for Dhani Credit line and asked to contact customer care. I called CC people couple of times. They are not even understanding my question and didn't provide me the solution. Worst experience ever i faced in my life. He has promised me to get the solution for the past 80days. Now they are trying to escape from this issue. My CIBIL score is more important for me. Due to your staff mistake I am suffering and losing my CIBIL score. So kindly enquire the above mentioned persons and revert me back at the earliest.
