IndiaBulls — Loan not showing in my app and also not getting welcome kit

Dear sir,
I avail a loan on 16aug. But the loan details and loan repayment ditails not showing in dhani aap please find the attachment.. When i click on any bottom it's something that message.. Please help me out as soon as possible..

Customer care told reinstall the app i uninstall the aap and re install it still i facing same problem.. Finally i am hopeless.. No hobe for the solution.. If you check history from 16 august to till now how many mails and complaint i registered from my side.. Still never get any solution...

I am sorry i don't know that you give that type of service...

I can't see my loan summary and also i can't see my wellcome kiit..

Hope you understand my situation..

Please don't tell keep patience i have already 14 days..

Please find the attachment and see after i get your mail i reinstall the app then i show..
