Dear Sir/Madam, I have paid rupees 39084.00 for preclose of my personal loan account (IPERNAG[protected] on 30/12/2020. This amount and procedure was suggest by Dhani team. After payment of full amount I did not receive any NOC or loan closer certificate. Dhani customer care representative give me information about some pending due whereas I already paid all amount before time and it is not updated in your system.
