i want to apply Moratorium from 1 march 2020 i have imposed some bounce charges and late payment fees during the period of 1 march 2020 pls.
allow me remmission of fines which was imposed on me so i can clear my EMI's BECOUSE I AM AN FREELANCER AND DUE TO THIS COVID-19 my work was
