[Resolved] IndiaBulls — personal loan emi moratorium

Hi, i have requested for the defferal of my emi amount in march, i have recieved a acknowledgement email on 4th april but my emi got debited on 6th of april. Again i have done followup emails and called customer care they advised me to email at [protected]@indiabulls.com but no response and my emi again deducted in may on 5th. Today on 13th may i got confirmation that my emi will not be deducted and the next emi i have to pay will be in june. My concern is after applying and doing followup they deducted my emi and again in june i have to pay. I am not getting enough salary from my company so that i can bear my monthly expenses. My emi amount is 14978×3 approx 45000 have already paid after applying as well. If it is not resolved i have to raise it further as a complaint but will not stop in doing that.
