IndiaBulls — regarding emi deducted twice

Hi sir I already paid EMI of 1876/- by using 560 dhani cash on 3rd may.And again on 5th may Emi deduted.During this lock down period we don’t have salaries and jobs how can I live.please I requesting u to refund my money plz
