This is to bring to your notice that I am following with indiabulls since May but never got any response from them, even they have spoiled my cibil and show overdue charges in the cibil.
I have paid my Emi till may but due to covid I am the only earning member in my family so was not able to pay EMi from June to August and as per the RBI instructions if the customer is availabling moratorium not able to pay EMI. it should not affect Cibil and they will charges any penalty charges.
But these pathetic indiabulls team is even bothered to reply my email and even there contact given in the website is not working.
I am really disappointed with the worst customer service given by them.

I request the team to kindly look into this matter n resolve my concern regarding overdue and cibil,
