I had taken a loan thru indiabulls in chennai.in march 2020, i tried applying for moratorium thru online but constantly got an error saying details do not match. Tried contacting the customer care / ivr number but the numbers don't work. Mails were sent to the id mentioned in the website but the mails bounced back.
I had contacted the person who was in touch with me from india bulls chennai team. He had told me about the moratorium details and i had accepted. Since then there was no calls or updates from team till may 2020. I was of the assumption it's bcoz of the moratorium was applied and hence there were no calls. On 1st week of june 2020, i tried to apply for moratorium extension online but got the same error. So contacted the bank person thru whatsapp. He asked me rudely if i had applied in march. I said i had spoken to you reg this and you had taken it up f9r which he rudely replied that i cannot apply for moratorium extension and dint give any proper reason. On june 12 the person named manikandan started calling me and abusing that i have to pay money. He was very rude and used unwanted words. I cut the call bcoz of his behaviour. Then he brought another person claiming to be his manage who was no way different to him. When they started abusing i recorded the conversation. I told them i would not be able to pay the money till august end. Also asked them why noone had contacted in april/ may if moratorium was not applied. They said there was internal profile allocation issue. I said as a customer how will i know this issue. Now they are threatening me to pay minimum 2 months emi of rs.33000 or saying they would stick some notice in my own. I am not aware how to handle this situation Was this information helpful? |
