[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — top up loan

Wrong repayment details reported to cibil institutionsof month oct nov & dec 2019 it's badly effected my cibil score. I am trying to resolve it since jan 2020 to till date, contacted grivience customer service & customer care call centre many times but unresolved, really i am not happy. Many times i called about my issue to customer care call centre they told our vacant team will call u back, but still not get any call, i shared my cibil report & bank account statement.
