[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Wrong CIBIL reporting for dhani loan account CL09034947 for October & November 2021 and False promises being made.

I RECEIVED A CALL LAST THURSDAY FROM YOUR GRIEVANCE TEAM PROMISING THAT THE LATE PAYMENT HAS BEEN REMOVED / CORRECTED AND MADE TO “0” FROM “43” days late for Loan ID CL09034947 in CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF & EQUIFAX credit bureaus.

However having refreshed the CIBIL report, EXPERIAN report and other bureau reports on 17.01.2022, TO MY UTMOST HORROR I still see the late payment of 43 days for the month of October 2021 in CIBIL report and further LATE PAYMENTS FOR NOVEMBER 2021 HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF & OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS. (Highlighted in red in the screenshot attached in this email)

Is this a Joke of some sort ?? Even after writing so many emails and after all those promises made on the phone calls, nothing was done ??

Will you get your relevant department to REMOVE THESE LATE PAYMENTS for Loan ID CL09034947 for the month of October and November from CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF & EQUIFAX, I have been writing to you for weeks now as these have been wrongly reported !!!

Despite sending several emails, my CIBIL, EXPERIAN and other credit bureau reports were NOT corrected and the LATE payment has still NOT been removed !!! Why ??


LATE PAYMENT WRONGLY REPORTED IN CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF & EQUIFAX for OCTOBER & NOVEMBER 2021 - : Wrong Late Payment reporting needs to be removed from Experian Bureau, CRIF Bureau & Equifax Bureau reporting for the Month of October & November 2021.

1. The payment has been reported as late by 43 days in October & 73 days late in November in CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF & EQUIFAX) WHICH HAS TRASHED MY SCORE WITHESE BUREAUS.(I have attached the credit reports for refreshed on the 17th january 2022)

I WANT THESE LATE PAYMENTS REMOVED FROM CIBIL, EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX AND CRIF IMMEDIATELY FOR THE Loan Account Number: CL09034947 for october & November 2021.

The payments were not made earlier as Dhani failed to collect these payments from me Via Link, despite ME sending several emails & phone calls to collect these payments. - The Dhani Wallet Limit of 600, 000 was also exhausted !!

Hope I have been able to make these explicitly clear to you what is the issue here and ask you to remove the LATE payment record from CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF & EQUIFAX for the Loan Account Number: CL09034947 for October & November 2021.

REMOVE THE LATE PAYMENTS for the month of October 2021 which has NOT been done despite several requests and even after the phone call which assured this has been corrected. Now instead of removing the late payment for loan id CL09034947 for the month of October you have wrongfully added the late payment for the month of November as well ?

I have attached the CIBIL report and the Experian Report refreshed on January 17th 2022 where the Late payments are still reflecting in CIBIL, EXPERIAN, EQUIAX & CRIF reports.

I AM ONCE AGAIN sending for THIS MAIL TO BE FORWARDED TO THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENT FOR REMOVAL / CORRECTION OF LATE PAYMENT FROM CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF HIGHMARK and EQUIFAX for the month of October & November 2021.
