Ordered cake today for same day delivery but still not delivered of which payment is made online.

Now they are asking for extra money for delivery which is not mentioned at the time of order. its totally a scam.
When i mention the Pin Code for delivery of cake they have well taken but now not doing and asking for additional money for the same.
I need my refund on priority basis.

Also there customer team is very rude and asking for additional money.

Raise a complaint against them and initiate the refund on priority basis.
