Indian Army Courier Service Fraud — Indian Army Parcel fraud

I found a bike on Droom.com priced at Rs 20, 000. I called the owner named as Gursewak Singh (Mob No. [protected]) and he said that he is an Indian Army officer who has been transferred to Jaislamer so he wants to sell his splendor plus bike. He also sent me his Army ID card and RC of the bike to gain my trust. Then I initially paid him Rs 1100 on June 26 as he said for booking and courier charges. He said Indian Army truck will come and Motorcycle will come at my given address. On June 27, the courier person (Mob No .[protected]) called me and said he has my bike in the army truck at the distance of 60km and I would have to pay 5100 Rs for insurance without which the truck will not pass the security gate. I denied then he said talk to fozi bhai (owner) and he also said the same to convince me to pay the amount. I paid him Rs 5100 then he called me and said you have done a mistake and your payment has been declined because you had to send Rs 5000 and Rs 100 separately. I again paid him rs 5000 and rs 100 separately. Then he called me once again after half an hour that to tranfer the RC of bike on my Name the full amount receipt has to be shown to the RTO office otherwise the RC won't be transferred to my name. The left amount was Rs 7400 and denied to pay this amount. Then the owner Gursewak singh called me and said to pay the remaining amount and he would return the full money if I don't like the bike. I denied and didn't pay the amount left. And searched on internet about this army courier and it turned out to be fraud in the name of Indian Army. i have lost my hard earned Money of Rs 11, 300. Please help me get my money back.
