Indian First Choice Matrimony — Fraud and worst services

I have registered one profile with inida first choice matrimony and they have charged 3500 Rs for that.I am getting worst response. Fake profiles is been created.In the photos of girls profiles of boys has been created and also providing brother's profile for sister.Now They said I would chose profile form any matrimony website and they will prvide me contact no.s and profiles which they have.Now I am feeling cheated as they have lame excuses.Executive is on leave etc etc.I want my money return back..

I have taken paid membership from India first choice matrimony, and i have paid Rs 2500 as an initial payment and balance Rs 2000 was to be paid after satisfactory response, but i am not getting any satisfactory response from them.

Even they are not providing contact numbers of those candidates, which they had send to me before registration, and said that they are interested in my profile.

initially they have made excuses like internet is not working and executive is on leave etc, after so many followups they have given me a bogus contact number over phone call, when i asked to give me the completed details of the candidate in written, then suddenly they started saying that the family of the candidate is not interested due to the height issue, when i said give me the details i want to talk to them, now they are saying the candidate is got engaged..when i said even she got engaged i want to cross verify.. they said they will not providing contact number..and their one the executive said " Apne 2500 rupees me hame kharid nhi liya hai",

It seems they create bogus profile to attract the customers to take the paid membership, when customer take the membership they try to divert the customer's focus towards the genuine profiles.

Now i am going to file a fraud case against this matrimony in consumer court.

Mr . Sumit we already Told you to give your account no .. Plz send us we will refund your amount asap .

Initially when i ask to refund my money then you have denied and said paid more 2000 rs if your want to take services further..now i am taking help of consumer court then you are ready to refund my money back.. because you have fear when court will ask you to provide the details of that bogus profiles..when you would not able to provide the same .

and you do not worry about the refund that i will recover from you only with my all expenses.

Hie guys thanks for sharing your experience with us, i was about to pay almost 9000 Rs for two members...n suddenly a thought came in my mind to check rewiews online...they people are chasing me like anything for registration and keep on sending fake profiles...
as well as what i understood with their behaviours is that they takes money from both parties until n unless they dont share any numbers..

This is the fraud site...

I got the mail id from Materimony site.
We were contacted by guy Alok Marathe for this Materimony and requested to pay 4500/- INR in HDFC bank account.
We transfered the money but he didn't give any receipt or registration details.

Now we are trying to contact him but it seems no one from Materimony is picking the call and responding to us.

If it's a fake company then i need to file a police report.

As a i proof, attaching the payment receipt generated by bank and mentioning number in which we are trying to contact.

I had also been contacted by Alok Marathe and When I am I asking for rply, he is saying that he has met with an accident. Can anyone provide details about complaint already registered by them.

Their work ethics are not good. They will only exchange contact details once both parties become paid member. WTF!!
As long as one party becomes paid member and interested in any profile, they should share the contact details of other party regardless of their membership status. That's how they should do business. Am interested in one of the profiles they shared with me, however just because other party is not willing to take their membership they are not sharing number with me. How can I expect from this kind of matrimony services will give me good results for my money. I was about to take membership but just dropped the idea of becoming paid member for their services.

Don't waste your money here. Totally unprofessional. They would hardly contact you after payment is done. First, they'll send you some prospective bio data and then will say that they'll set up a meeting with the party after payment. But actually, after payment, there's no response from any of the 4-5 option they've suggested. All of their service is through WhatsApp group!!!, which has no response after few days.

You never know they're putting fake contact details and fooling around people. UTTER CRAP!

Guys don't do registration...This is totally fraud !!! ... They are so sharp that they don't provide any useful information of the either party... Like DOB place and time, , , , they only send you fake pictures of some models I guess !! ... The names of the candidate given by them are never on any social media... Is that possible ????

2 years back alok Marathe contacted me and charged 4500 for my sister profile. After payment is tone was changed and he never gave groom details. Every time I contacted him he always ignore me.

Intially a female, who tells her name as Anita contacted my mom...she send 5 profile and photos to my mother and said they will give the contact number of these 5 profile as well as the Contact number of the is which we will send them from any of the sites like bharatmatrimony, jeevansathi etc.
Now I have paid them Rs. 5100 and they have not given Contact number of those earlier 5 profiles.After that they say Anita is on leave for 15 days.Then I contacted their site...and another girl komal says that she will help...after that she is ill and not available.
Then tanu is the girl who comes in picture and says that she would help but no response...I waste my valuable time and keep calling them...later they say that Anita has resumed, you may Contact her...still she has not given me Contact details of those 5 profiles for which I entered this viscious circle...now she gives dirty excuses that patrika not match...instead of giving Contact numbers.
I want my money back along with penalty for this harrasement.
