Hello,
My consumer number is 17631.
I booked my LPG cylinder on 17th Feb 2014 which was delivered on 25th Feb’14. I haven’t received my subsidy amount. So I called to customer care 3-4 times and registered a complaint. Complaint number is : 1389372. After calling 3-4 times, I got to know that this delivery has not been registered online so I have to contact to distributor.
I called to distributor but phone was busy all the times. After too many efforts I was able to connect to distributor. She told me that delivery boy would hand over the subsidy amount to you but there was no response. Then I again made a call to distributor and now she told me that the delivery boy would hand over your subsidy to you at the time of next delivery.
Then the day came when I got my next LPG delivery and I asked the boy for last subsidy amount and his answer was “Paise agency leti hain main thodi leta hun. Main paise le kar nahi ghumta”. Thereafter I again made a call to distributor and she asked me to come to office with the receipt of that particular delivery.
I went there with the receipt and once again she told me that “Ladka aayega wo de jayega”. Now more than one week has been passed from that last communication and I’m still there where I was and waiting for that Ladka.
Please look into this matter and help me to get my money back.
