Hi,
On 20 Aug 2014 one executive of IHO called me and told me the plan ie, 50% discount on all medical bills like Doctor consultation fee, medical bill, medical test etc. and it is valid at any hospital in India. I was surprised but I took the plan and paid the money online. After few days ie, 26 Aug I got a call to verify the plan again and confirm it. But the confirmation executive was telling me the wrong plan like its 15% discount and it not valid in all hospitals. As a result I told him to stop the policy and not to send me the policy papers. And also to refund my money because I now I cannot trust them. So the executive told me that he will look into the matter and revert me back with the refund. Today ie, 2 September I got a call from IHO ie, Daksh Verma from escalation department agreeing that they provided me the wrong information and have fired the people who gave me wrong plan information and on the same hand they cannot refund my money, because there is no cancellation policy.
I have not used their plan for a single day and I told them to stop processing the plan. They are making fraud with number of customers everyday by providing the wrong information.
And as a customer I know that we have a flexibility o[censored]sing a services or not. And if we did not liked the services we can refund it.
Daksh Verma from escalation department is clearly stating that there is no cancellation policy and I have to use the services. And they will refund anyhing to me.
