I was contacted by one of the executives of IHO to market their health plans. I was told to make the payment on that day itself. I was told that the person who is coming for collecting the money does not have knowledge on the plans and so asked me to clarify anything with themselves. I was told that the Dental is covered for 100% coverage and 25-30% for other treatments including Bridges and crowns. I explained my need clearly to them about the crown that I am going to implant and they said it is covered. And also, they said Vasan Dental Clinic is covered under their network and also my kid's vaccination is covered. Believing that and only for these three reasons, I opted the plan and I paid for the it. When I first went to Vasan dental clinic, I was disappointed that it is not covered under their network. When I called their helpdesk, they told me the crown is not covered. I raised a complaint with them and they said it would take 14 days to get back to me. In the meanwhile I again checked with then for the vaccination, now they said it is not also covered. I asked them to cancel my membership and return the money. I am waiting for they callback.
