Around 25 days back, one getleman by name mr suryanarayanan, marketing executive of a ccess 2 healthcare, now functioning in the place of iho aetna explained about the schemes for senior citizens for health insurance. I am already having aetna card and membership. So i relied on his words. He convinced me to join one scheme called gold under which free coupons worth worth 5000/ will be given apart from two free medical and dental check ups. I remitted around 9880/ by cancard in emis[ as convinced by him].
Even after a gap of 24 days the kit with official receipt for my payment for it purposes has not reached me.
To my great shock, the contact no [protected] could not be reached for the past 8 days.
Kindly confirm me whether i am cheated
