Hi Team,
1) I got a call from IHO on 10th April 2015 from Santosh from number[protected] and in middle of the call his manager(SANJEEV) spoke to me and explained me about a policy with 100% false information about benefits and procedures. 2) He gave his mobile number as - [protected] and EMP ID as- 100084 when I have raised my concerns to trust them. 3) And they promised that I would get 100 % free for treatment & pharmacy charges for all types of illness starting from fever to major surgeries in network hospitals and re-imbursement in case of non-network hospitals after submission of bills. 4) They explained me about the EMI process, as I have opted for EMI option and agreed for that but they misguided me to get full payment done saying it will convert in to EMI automatically. 5) They said that soft copies of cards in next 30 minutes after the payment. 6) When I called them to ask about the details after I have checked in Internet, they have received the call, simply rejected my call. 7) Before making payment, when told them that I will check the details and I will call you to get the policy but they said that now I spoke to you for more than 30 mins and again when you call us to get policy again we need to explain all these without explaining we'll not give the policy.
