Service is not at all Good. IHO providing Worst service
I have purchase RS- 2950/- plan health card on 23rd January 2015, before
purchasing IHO representative give me
Information about the policy and suggest me to purchase RS- 2950 plan
and after that I will make the payment for the same .After half an hour
another IHO representative suggest me to purchase another best plan RS-
4950/- and assured me to refund the amount of previous plan (RS- 2950/-)
within 1 days.
After some days I call the customer care then I had realised that during
purchasing the IHO representative gave me the totally wrong information
about the plans, and then I decided to canceled my membership
immediately.
IHO send the me the I.H.O membership kit without any verification call.
On 16th Feb 2015, I was call on IHO executive to cancel my membership,
he assured that the cancellation procedure will be resolve in 14 days,
but after that I didn't get any response, its really ridiculous,
frustrating and irresponsible behavior of IHO company.
Again on 1st week of march, I call on the customer care regarding the
refund, but again they assured me to refund my amount within 7 days,
till I didn't get any refund.
I am really astonished and angry on the fact that such a reputed
organisation like IHO is engaging in malpractices like luring customers
into subscribing the policy on false claims and misguided conversations .
