May 19, 2013 It’s really ridiculous, frustrating and irresponsible behavior of IHO Company. They already got ample amount of time, still I haven’t got resolution of my issue neither my money is refunded. And no action has been taken against my complain and neither IHO full filled their commitment. I have called so may times but none of my issue has been resolved.
Since I have booked your freedom plan Rs2500and upgarde to IHO insurance of Rs12000 after 1 ½ month.
Issues are as follows which I have already raised:
1.Wrong, fake and false information has been provided.
2.Received first kit after 2 months of booking which was a wrong one.
3.Received second kit after 3 months of booking when we raised the complain several times.
4.Our data is still not updated on your online portal and our online account(raised this issue several times).
5.Poor service and false statements are regularly made by IHO executive.
6.If you better your service in future then why are you selling your product, now? Only, making foolish to customer.
7. They told about maternity cover also will be covered but now they say its not covered in this policy.
when we raised our last complains for cancellation request of my plan to refund my money as well no mails and not picking up call if they pick the call put on hold for long wait and disconnect.
You should sell your product once you have all good bunch of services otherwise its just forgery with customer.
I have more than 7 points and reasons for cancellation of IHO plan and refund the money. If IHO were a genuine person or company then IHO fulfills their all commitments given to the customer and perform the action immediately. IHO’s intention is now clear which is made the customer fool and create issue and block their money for long time. Therefore, we will not take it any more.
Now, I am totally frustrated since last 6 months by you and your executive. Therefore, who will be responsible for this mentally, physically and financial loss of mine? So now, I am going to hire an advocate and launch a forgery case against IHO and going to physical consumer court.
