Very Very Very Careless after sales customer services form Indian Health Organization Pvt. Ltd. by Atena (IHO). I had opted for IHO membership for 7 people for which i had made payment as Rs. 3000 on 17/05/2014 (Request No. 002340) and 1000 on 19/05/2014 (Request No. 004560). I also made payment of Rs. 8000 on 19/05/2014 (Request No. 008630) for National Insurance for 04 people. During welcome call i came to certain facts which was not informed at the time of introduction of IHO membership, the fact which was not informed was that i have to visit only IHO affiliated doctors in order to get benefit of IHO membership. Due to which on the same call i requested to cancel my membership and process my refund of the payments made. Atleast 10 days no calls from IHO. Again i called up customer on 02/06/2014 and put a request for cancellation (Customer Care Executive Name- Shailendra Chettri) and he informed that within 14 days for request you completed and withing 02 days cancellation department will call me for making the request. I asked him the cancellation request no. but as usual he informed that cancellation request is taken and request no. is not required, and cancellation dept. will call you but after 03 days also not call from IHO. What a ... This is what you are supposed to give the after sales service to customer that to Indian customer.
I again called up IHO Customer care 011 – 49394400, on[protected] and spoke to Mr. C.S. Raj and he had given me the cancellation request no. 6409, and he informed that within 14 days your request for cancellation will be process. But today is[protected], 15th day after putting request but till date no call from IHO.
