As per discussion on call regarding charges for "address change" rs.300.
I have launched complaint again the agency and company in national consumer forum with complain no.
796152 (Nation consumer helpline)
And with indian oil toll free no. With complain no.
(Service request no.[protected]
I have also received call from agency for sattlement to the matter she was ready to pay amount back but her behavior was very rude.

You can find below proofs audio recording and videos also how she behave with their customers.
She told me to get my voucher so she can cancel my gas connection because she not got bribe amount.
She also telling that we will not work anything for free mr. Modi has not given us anything.
These words by her.
She was giving fear for police complaint if i will say truth to her.
Below mentioned proofs i attached so kindly take action for the issue.
Company should not continue with this kind of dealership.
My motto for this complain is not only getting my money back.
I as a indian citizen want to inform you that what is going on at ground reality on which government trusted and given dealership.
