I am a private employee, working at outstation(CHINTAVARAM Village), nearly 35 Kms away to my home town (NELLATUR).
There is Indecent & Uncultured Behaviour is going in the IOB, CHENNUR(BRANCH CODE:0322) in the GOLD LOAN section. Especially Mr. HARI is behaving as a dawn and BOSS not even giving the response in proper way and IRRATIONAL ANSWERS in the Technological Advancement Sectors. Events are happend in the following way :
1. Last year i tried to renewal the GOLD LOAN, before the 1 year term, But not renewed intentionally(after 5 visits to the BANK also). For that i paid extra Loan Interest.
2. Yesterday[protected] went for renew my another GOLD LOAN, he told that SYSTEMS are not working. so, come tomorrow at 10 AM on[protected].
3. With Urgent Work at my office, i was unable to go by 10 AM today and i had taken prior appointment at 01:05 PM by phone from Mr. HARI "For the Renewal" by 3 PM. Unfortunately, i reached there by 03:15 PM, then he told that I WILL NOT RENEW now. I requested him, but responded as "I will not renew, whoever it may recommend" and he is telling like that he called me twice by mobile, but i didn't get any MISSED CALL from his number.
This is the rude behaviour of Mr. HARI with customer(s) in the ONLINE BANKING SERVICES era.
