Indian Transport Service — Charged for unused services

I asked for transportation of my bike from Gurugram to Mandsaur my home town, they texted me that the charges are 3500 and now they are threatening me that the bike delivery is on hold and you have to pay extra of insurance service charge and packing and the total is 6700. This is pure cheating they should have mentioned this earlier when I asked.
