Indianoil — Payment made but the agency claim payment not received

Address: 161, Gopal St, Madipakkam

Transaction id no: [protected]. Payment was made on 6th March 2022. But when the cylinder was brought to my home, the delivery boy claimed that it has not been received and I should pay cash.
Spoke to the dealers office, and they claimed that what the boy says is correct.
WHY this?
