Hi. I have a Xtra rewards point card no [protected]. it has become old and some what not working. even though when swiped the machine is not able to read and initiate. My card is some what not in proper condition and is mutilated.I request your good office to issue me a new/ duplicate card. my contact no [protected]

We had approached aswathy fuel parakkulam, kottiyam kollam for filling diesel for rs:1000 on today at 10.00pm and we ask them to add the amount in extra reward card but they didnt do it.The same problem happen many times before.The salesman behave very arrogently.Kindly take necessary steps to improve your customer service.

I have done total 4 txn during this offer (500×3)(300×1) but i have recieved only 50 rs ..rest 3 txn cashback not received..i have sent msg every time.
