I do not get the pin or password with extra rewards card no. [protected]. How can I get it. Pleasr help.

My name is Tarun Arora. . I am customer of India oil and using Xtra rewards card .
my old card [protected] was damaged so i taken new card [protected] . 3 month back . and at same time i message for blocking services of my old card and transfer point to new card . but transferring message not received for transfer of points so i call on your toll free number for ask to transfer same they given me reference number REF[protected] After 3 month on 4th of Augest i again called on your toll free number and asked that points still not transferred the guy advised me he processed request of transfer of points same will be processed within 5-6 days and given new reference number REF[protected] . .
today again when i call on your toll free number same response i get from a lady at toll free number that your both request are under process and i processed same .
call us after 7-10 working days and given me new reference number IE . REF[protected] .
this is the way you serve to your customers . it takes 3 month for you to transfer points ? after 3 month and 3 reference number still issue not resolved .
it better you discontinue your loyalty redemption . or serve better services to customers .
it will be grateful if you help me .
