Indianoil Xtrarewards — non working of xtrarewards card machine

I have taken this xtrarewards card almost 3 years back, whenever i fill the petrol from iocl retailers pump and try to swipe the card for points adding, they always say that the card swipe machine is not working to add the points.

If the card swipe machine is not working then at most of your iocl retailers then what is the use of perching or selling these cards to the customer. Other then the few company retails non of the iocl retailers are interested to swipe these cards.

We sincerely request to please make available of the swipe machines for these cards, they are very beneficial and worth useful. I have used it for petrol redemption and love to use it further. Bcz of these non working machines we are not able to use the card and worth of the card is getting destroyed and causing damage to your company also.

Kindly look into this issue at the earliest.
