I have booked my thro online to indiaplaza and order no. Is [protected]. For Rs. 1575I have not received the consignment because the courier people has returned it even without making a phonecall to me on the same same day of receipt of the goods by them. I told indiaplaza to a reputed courier service and resend the goods. i have received a mail that the goods were despatched again. But i have not received the goods. I told them to return my money back. But they have not return the money too. For the past thrree months i tried to contact them thro their custercare no.[protected] ,as well as[protected].all gone waste. i lost another 650 rupees to call them by std. A recorded woice ask me wait but no reply. No response to emails too. Kindly resolve this issue.

I had ordered midnight delivery gift for my husband's birthday and paid 1000 bucks in advance to this site. After placing order i confirmed with them 3 times whether this gift will be delivered on time. they assured me and confirmed address. but at the time of delivery nobody came and nobody responded to calls or mails. Sites like this are just fraud and cheaters. don't believe. please take action if anybody can

And when i recived the product i just planned to return it because the quality of the product was worst and even i think its duplicate.soon i being in the seven days limit prescribed by the site generated the ticket to return the product (CNT[protected]) on wHat i was to get a revert by their executive by 30 march.But recived any revert from their side.Now i'm with the t-shirt with my money locked with them.kindly help me for the concern.

Indiaplaza is a BIG FRAUD online gift portal website. I have ordered a gift item on 4th February and the gift was not delivered till one month. I raised complaint ticker several times and each time get a standard textual reply (like an auto reply). I tried calling the customer care more than 10 times and not a single time was I able to speak to any representative. Your call will remain unattended. In March first week I got a mail from this company saying we are unable to process your request and there will refund your money in 2-3 weeks time. Still they are refunding my money.

The website is a PURE FRAUD one and is utlizing customer funds without interest. I am in Hyderabad but understand that this FRAUD company is in Bangalore. I noticed that this company has done similar things to other consumers also.

I have booked a external hard disk vide order number I[protected] dated 20/01/2013 and ticket PH[protected] dated 02/03/2013 of Sony HD-E1/SC2 2.5 inch 1 TB External Hard Disk on 20 Jan 2013 on Indiaplaza.com, after 2 months when i did'not received the shipment , i canceled the same.
After many complaints and communication made by me on telephone i did not get neither my refund nor satisfactory response. on 20 March 2013 i got the mail that they are refunding my money in 5 days and still i did not get my money back and in these days when i call them they hang me on hold for hours and do not respond, they are making me harass. So i am requesting you to please look into the matter and resolve the same. I shall be highly oblige.

I had ordered Pantaloons Gift Voucher Of Rs 2000 (order id GTIP-2920) from the website giftstoindiaplaza.com on 26 March 2013, for which I paid Rs.2529 to the website. I have not received the product. I had written them two emails for which I didn't receive any reply. I had tried their contact numbers also (+91 [protected] / [protected]). They never pick up. I do not want their delivery anymore. I want my money back.

My sincere advice to all online shoppers, don’t go for any expensive stuff through IndiaPlaza… Also be careful with any kind of shopping with IndiaPlaza, because if something goes wrong then be prepared for the worst kind of customer service…

They don’t respond to your ticket raised on their website for long time. Even if they respond there have some standards reply, like “We will fix your issue soon”. They don’t have a toll free customer care number and you have to wait for a minimum of 15 mins to get a chance to talk to a customer care executives… Also believe me your query will never get resolved in 1 call. You have to keep them calling again again. And the worst part it, I wrote several mails to their customer care executives keeping their managers in CC. But still they did not respond.

So finally with my experience with these people I can just advice others to think as least 100 times before going through any king of shopping through India Plaza.

I had ordered a Philip hot cook top, which said that it will be delivered within 7 days. I ordered on the 24th of Feb and when I did not get it delivered in that time I tried looking it up and then on the website it just kept on saying that the order is with the vendor. Then when I tried sending a complaint i got a note that the item is delayed and suggested a date which kept on getting later and later. Then suddenly on the 20th of March I got an email that the shipment is scheduled and on the 21st of March it said that first flight couriers have been assigned to deliver it. The tracking number that was assigned with firstflight was for a shipment that was delivered for someone in Calicut by the name of Suresh on the 8th of March. I complaint and India Plaza conveniently then sent an email that the product is delivered and received by someone called Suresh at my address. Since then I have been trying to call them but never get through to speaking to any one as I am always on a message that says - you are caller number 4 -3- 2- 1 and then it just keeps playing the music without any one answering the call.
I have since lodged many complaints and have requested them to cancel my order and refund my money to the credit card as the credit card was charged on th e24th of february and i still do not have my product.

I have had similar experiences for the last few times but all the time I used to say maybe it was just a one of a kind and I should not be so worried.
But I think so now it is confirmed that INDIA PLAZA is a big scamming scheme website misleading customers.
Please make sure that some action is taken against them and other customers dont become a victim of their scamming scheme.

I ordered an electric rice cooker (I[protected]) from India Plaza on 6th of march which is supposed to be deliver on 9th of march but on 9th of march I got mail saying item delivery will be delayed and will be delivered on 16th of march. With lot of compromise I waited with patience up to 16th of march but the item was not delivered and no communication from Indiaplaza team. They have not responded to my query. I called the customer service which but no use my call was kept on hold and also I was billed for the duration. Today I am seeing that my order is cancelled. I am extremely disappointed with this kind of service.

Request you file a compliant in the consumer forum for the same (http://core.nic.in/). This may increase the chances of our case being listened in the consumer forum.
Even though the amount is around 1000Rs, this should not happen to anyone else, its definitely a fraud website and company.

This seems to be a fraud to me as well, i have undergone a similar experience with http://www.giftstoindiaplaza.com.

I purchased 2 combo offer of pressure cookers along with 2 rice cookers on line on[protected] paying by credit card. I received the confirmation assuring that products will be shipped shortly. But it is[protected] I did not receive any shipment from them.I sent several reminders but no response to them. I called them but no one pick the phone. It always on answering machine and no one comes after holding more than hours.
I complaining them continuously and it is more than 20 times but there is no result.
As these products I purchase for home which was not delivered, so it is unpleasant atmosphere at home as I stuck the money. This thing effecting my work at office and peace at home as I am mentally disturbed.
Request you to help me in this regard. Take a strict action against them. Such a fraud companies should not charge further online as they are making foolish to the people.The details are as under:

Hi, I had ordered a Symphoney Diet Cooler Order ID: I[protected] on March 6, 2013 (Order No. IN[protected]). As per their reply they state it will be shipped and will be delivered within 7 business days. However, I did not get the delivery till dtae.

I sent an email complaining the delay in delivery on March 10 and 12, 2013 too, and am yet to receive any reply.
Tried to get the status by calling the customer care too, but every time the call does not get connected.

I had not anticipated this type of service and was truely disappointed with the sorry state of affairs.

However, this is highly unacceptable and it seems I should take the matter to consumer court and also approach the media. As per the reviews in google and other websites, all the customers are been cheated by this online shopping website Indiaplaza.com. Not even a single person has got the delivery yet. I am also approaching the Social organisations seeking help as their office is in my hometown banaglore. I am considering waiting for 1 more day before taking any further steps. Hope team indiaplaza takes corrective action before that.

This is a fraud online shopping network and it was cheated multiple customers online.

I have ordered some flowers cakes and doll through this site giftstoindiaplaza.com,on 26.2.2013 and it was supposed to deliver on 11.3.2013
But as of now they have not delivered or done anything. I tried calling their customer service( [protected] / [protected] ) and on answering and on coming to the issue they would put me on hold unceremoniously. And the next time when I called they wont pick the call up. I wrote 2 emails to them of which I did not receive any reply. I seem to be scammed. Please do something about it. Please take the necessary action.Please file a case against them.

Hi I ordered for a Headphone on India Plaza worth rs 191 and paid online on 24th Feb, ( Order number is : I[protected] ) . I have not yet received order. I talked to customer care , they told that stock is now empty for this product , so they told me that they will cancel my order and money will be refunded to my account. But they have not yet canceled the order and I have nt received my money back.

I have ordered fabiano cordless kettle on 31st July 2012 by Internet payment. order no[protected].on tracking the order after 2 weeks it was seen that product delivered but i didn't received. I have registered complaint on their site ticket no CNT [protected] in august and december 2012. till date no action and no refund.whenever contacted customer care the reply is that amount will be refunded within 48 hrs.i have spent more the price of the product for telephone calls. till now no refund.indiaplaza is claimed to be largest online shopping site but in my experience it is the biggest fraud company .so don;t go for that

I placed an order for Apple iPod Shuffle 2GB 3rd Generation Voice Over Blue maker to Indiaplaza on DEC 05- 2012. So far I have not received the product and called the customer service more than 10 time and idiotic response.

the Item Euroline Hair Instyler S-32 vide Order I[protected] has been placed on 1st February 2013 and the same order has been paid through online transaction. Till this time neither response nor the delivered after 30 days...While the request was given for the cancellation, the reply is received that the order is being processed.

Now, looking to the non reliability and non responsiveness, i wanted to cancel the order immediately and get my paid money back.

After this incidence, NO ONE will trust the so called REPUTED E COMMERCE site FOR THEIR IRRESPONSIBLE attitude..

We had ordered the Jaipan Electric Food Chopper (order number I[protected]) on 7th February 2013. However, the product is still not delivered. The customer care is not lifting the phone even after holding for 10 minutes. When raising issue online through the website, there is no action taken. Please resolve the issue by cancelling the order and arranging for the refund.

I had ordered a book on IndiaPlaza.com. The amount is already paid using Credit Card.
In the site they mentioned 4-5 business days to deliver the product. It is the 20th day and I still did not receive my item.
I also had raised a ticket/ query in the site, it's still not addressed.
I treid contacting their support number, it is keep on saying my call is in queue for 30 mins after that for the next 15 mins there is no communication

I have placed an order in Indiaplaza.com Order # I[protected] and paid the full amount through netbanking and i have not received the product. So i have asked to cancel the order and the order got cancelled on Jan-11-2013 but stilll my amount not refunded to my account.

I have raised many tickets and called many times to customerservice but no response.

Please refund the money to my account.
