I had ordered a saree on 7th may 2019. Next day they had called me to confirm the order. The item reached to my place at 12 may 2019. Because i wasn't satisfied with quality and color, i requested for return and talked to their customer executive. They told me that money will be first refunded as indiarush credit after in bank account. But no one has come yet to pick up item nor their phone is reachable also i had mailed them 5-6 times but there is not satisfactory reply. The reply, i got, is automated reply. I am trying to call them regularly but all this is in vain.
Now i want them to pick item (Saree) and refund my money directly into my account)
