[Resolved]  Indiaspeaks.net — my paytm redemption request was not done from last 7 months.

Hi sir
I requested 100 rs paytm cash 3 times at August of 2017 and october of 2017.already 7 months over.but i dint get a single rupay in my account i sent a mail more than 100 times regarding these... But no use they dint responded me still how many months i have to wait to get these 200 rs back please kindly do the need as soon as possible.and recently today (19/03/2018) also I requested 100 Rs Paytm transfer.today also iam not getting any single rupee.why?
Once you check in my rewards section it shows totally 350 Points (Rupees) in pending but it's not shows any remarks.please do action immediately. Even my friends also facing same problem.if you are not credited 300 Rs in my Paytm wallet with in 3 working days surely I will approach consumer court.

I completely disappointed with your answer.because you have replayed only on 13th August 2017 redemption request of 100 Rs Paytm amount was successfully credited at this month (13th of march 2018) and 50 Rs mobile recharge (Aircel) also done successfully. But you are not replayed on 18th of October 2017 request to 100 Rs Paytm redemption and 19th of march 2018 another 100 Rs redemption request was not done what about you're answer on this.
And one more question if one customer do that Paytm transfer you can take maximum how much time?
Because just now you're replayed you're October month request in process.even in you're terms and conditions also not mentioned maximum time.generally such type of issues maximum take 24 to 48 working hours.but in my situation not hours more than 150 days over on October month request so I feeeeel very shame.
My request is please read my above issue carefully and reply you're answers on all above questions genuinely. Iam waiting for you're answer.
