Indicash — A/c debited but cash not received

A/c debited but cash not received Dear Sir/Madam, I Withdrew the amount of Rs.10000 from the ATM of TATA Indicash, Near Sirsa Chowk, Allahabad (UP) but amount is not disbursed and my account got debited.
