I have booked a flight tkt. From new delhi to thiruvananthapuram, flight no. 6e-359, pnr no. Fcg9rq, departure date 29.05.16, time-15:55 from new delhi domestic airport "d1", i reported at the main entry at 2.55, as i am alone lady traveller and not a regular traveller, i show my ticket to one indigo guy and requested to help me to get the boarding pass. I was misguided that guy and told me to stand on the queue for boarding pass. By 3.25 reached the counter and show my online ticket and id proof. The guy who was on the counter told me that it is closed. From there i was sent to an indio lady executive who told me the flight has left at 3.45 and wanted me to deposit rs, 10, 780/- for tomorrow morning flight. How it is possible, my flight departure time mentioned the online ticket was at 15.55 and the lady told me the flight was already departed at 3.45 the departure time.
I am not the only passenger who face this type of cheating. There are so many passengers who were misguided by these guys and missing the flight.
And, those who are working there tell me that it is a regular phenomena in the airport to cheat the passengers those who are not familiar with the system prevails in the airport'.
Therefore, you are requested to look into this matter urgently and take care of this type of cheating by these guys.
Hence it is not my fault and is happened due to the cheating behaviour of your employees. You are requested to refund my flight ticket charge urgently.
