Dear Sir, I have taken an admission for BA (MSME) at IGNOU in January 2023. Due to some personal reason i could not go ahead with my application. Hence i have cancelled my admission and requested for the refund of admission fee of Rs.4800 in February itself. After 7 months also till now my refund has not come. I have applied for IGNOU Admission cancellation and for refund of fee as I got admission for that programme in other college and apply for refund of fee before (15 days after confirmation of admission) and yet I can't get my refund fee and even I not get a confirmation message for refund of fees and they not even answer our calls we make to a helpline numbers.
