I have completed mca from ignou in june2009. Enrolment Number[protected].But my grade card is not updated upto december2009. Even i took the pending marks officially given by our study centre and gave them to the registrar office(room number 4, block number 13). The official told me that they will update within two days.
But it is not so even after 10 days.they are not picking up the telephone. everytime the phone is busy. Same problem was with my regional centre aligarh,UP. After facing with the regional centre, now we are being exploited by the IGNOU,Maidan Garhi, New Delhi.
On the other hand, our study centre has always fulfilled its duty on time.

I am student of MCA programme, I have appeared in Practical exam of course
MCSL-045 at my study center 2321 in Term End examination June 2008. but still
(upto date 06 nov,2009) the result of this practical exam has not updated in
GRADE CARD and no written result acknowledgment is recieved by me from ignou
in this issue.

In my GRADE card no marks are assigned for this course and "Not-complete" is marked.

In this relavent issue i have commuincated (via e-mail and phone also) to regional
center and Dehli office but still nothing is happened.Regional centre's authority
says that marks are updated by delhi office and dehli office's authority says that
marks are updated when marks are sent by regional center to us.
and study center's authority says that all marks are sent by them to regional center
within proper time span.
i have tried all thing but no action and response is taken in this issue

sir, this is my humble request to resolve this issue at priorty level for my future

Dear Sir,
This is a big grievance about the paper IBO-06 of the course-PGDIBO which has been kept on troubling me.
My name is Richard.
I had enrolled your PGDIBO programme from cochin in 2003.I have written the whole exams in 2004 when I was in India. I failed only the last paper(IBO-06-International Business Finance)out of the full course.
This was my first chance for this paper.

At the first chance when I written that paper I failed just for four marks. I couldn’t give that paper for revaluation as because that I left to Dubai after some months after the exams.
In 2004 I came to Dubai and I written that failed exam in 2006 June from Wisdom-Dubai. But the results were not published and not declared in the internet. When I called to IGNOU-Delhi about this-what they said to me was- I have failed the paper. But here also surprising thing you want to note is-I didn’t get any mark list of the results which I had appeared . I had to hear from the IGNOU-Delhi office on the phone that I have failed-just verbal information. There wasn’t any mark list hardcopy to me or the results were not published. You can check in the IGNOU site now - in there you can see only the results of 2004.(Green card Option)The results of 2006 for the last paper is not there. I kept on asking about this -but nothing came-my time also gone off for this.
As because I was supposed to full fill the course completion in the span of three years from the year of enrollment(2001), I couldn’t reappear the (IBO-06) again.
I felt sad and the exam which I had taken in June 2006 gone in vain as the results were not getting. For that I have spend around worth of 10000/- for transfer the exam centre and for the exam fee.
As per the above information(course expired) I taken new registration for the same course in anticipation that I just want to write only the failed paper(IBO-06) and later on after passing I want to transfer the credits only to the new registration to get the certificate. I have done enrollment again in august 2008 from cochin for the fresh admission and later on I wrote the paper(IBO-06) again in December 2008 from wisdom -Dubai by paying the fee as an international student.

But very sorry to say-results not yet declared whenever I am checking in the internet.
After several correspondence to so many people later came up with a point that -
“as this registration done in august 2008 I can take the papers step by step-In December I can take only first three papers of this course and in June 2009 only I can take the remaining three(only total papers are six for this course).As the paper which I have written is ordered in last as per the course code, I was supposed to take the exam only in june-2009.this is the reason why I am not getting the results“. this is the reply I am getting from the university.
　
Sir -what I am surprising is why the hall ticket has been issued for me and I have written that paper also.if it is in that case I would have kept quiet and I would have written the exam in last june-2009.
Sir I have to get only one paper sir the last one-IBO-06.I have written the exams but it is not declaring because of this.
Now I am fully exhausted and desperately tired off just for one paper.
Sir I am tired off - just for one paper(IBO-06) I have been going through for this in lot of hinges and after putting all the efforts, money & time all are going in vain.

I am 28 now. I have been behind this course(PGDIBO) from the age of 22.
I could have taken MBA from any university or even from IGNOU itself I would have put same money effort and time which I have put for this course.
Now I lost the job in Dubai because of recession-I am not getting any good job as I am not having any PG degree
I am in the age of marriage-let me have that course please

I have registered and paid the fees for the study material of paper MS-26 for the session july-2008 but till today i could not recieve the material even after followups and calls, due to which i could not submit my assignments as well as could not appear for the term end exams for the paper and ultimately got my degree delayed for 1 year. Even my project synopsis status is not been cleared by them after the stipulated one and half months period, its now more than 2 and half months. the numbers appearing onthe website as contact numbers are not adressed. please help me to get rid of my problem.

My enrolment no. is[protected] and I have completed MCA successfully on Dec 2006, but I didn't get any Mark sheet (hard copy) from the University where as I have got MCA certificate. I informed that to the Regional centre and they told certificate is sufficient and the print out of grade card is sufficient for any purpose.

But my problem is that I need the nos. i got in MCA, but i am not got it through the site and it's showing "Page cannot be displayed". So I am fall in greate trouble as I have to fill a form for appearing an exam and it's required anyhow by today.

My requests at school of sciences, section of ignou UNIVERSITY, for GIVING JUST 2 GRACE MARKS in rechecking of MY CHE 10 , has been rejected by ABUSIVE LANGUAGE / INCORRECT INFO by Mr. SARASWAT , Mrs. SUNITA MALHOTRA, the PROFESSORS AT IGNOU. with due respect you are here by informed that I am a student of mtm in ignou from july-08.After getting admission in ignou in 1st year I have received the followings books:- mtm-01-mtm-02-mtm-03-mtm-04-ts-01-ts-02-ts-03 & ts-06.I have also appeared in june-09 for the above mentioned subjects except ts-03 & ts-06.My question is,if there delevery of study materials have been done on the basis of semistarwise then I should have to get four more books of mtm-05-mtm-06-mtm-07 & mtm-08 which I have not been yet received.And if the delivery of books have been done on credit point basis then i have received the books of 48 credit points i.e all right.My enrollment no. is[protected].
