Hello sir
this is too much this time
i asked u several time before filling the exam form for CHR for december section
my previous transaction failure has not been settled yet
and it fails again for this time
now suggest me what to do
i attached all the details of the transaction as i did earlier
if no action can be taken atleast proper responsibility should be taken by someone
this much intolerance is really not accepted from IGNOU

i am very much disappointed this time
