I had booked a room at vrindavan radha palace from 27-31 oct with booking id bckg 1605 after paying rs 3474. I got a confirmation in whatsapp message also. Less than 24 hours before, i was asked to shift. Somehow i had also booked a room online to be paid at hotel with booking id xyrg 6279 which was confirmed as per your message. On my request payment for 1605 was adjusted against 6279 and i was told on mob that i am not required to pay anymore amount.
Once confirmed by message and tele, i commenced my journey from odisha and reached vrindavan at about 1500 hours and between 1200 hors and 1400 hours i received calls asking me when i was expected at the hotel. Once i reached the hotel, radha palace, i was told that there is no accommodation for me. With much difficulty i contacted your help line to many people. One person told me that there are two hotels, 2-8 km from radha palace. I told him to confirm from the hotel about physical availability. I was informed that accommodation is not available hence i was asked to make my own arrangements in any non oyo hotel. I then went to some other non oyo hotel.
I want refund of my money. I have spoken to many of your staff, some were very offensive and misbehaved with me. On whatsapp, i contacted minimum 10 persons but i had to explain the same thing to each.
Another complaint is that gwala bhawan at vrindavan was booked for my friend under id enfy 4692 and full payment was made. On reporting the hotel staff told that they had been paid only rs 2300 and asked to deposit rs 1700. This is unjust, hence should be refunded Was this information helpful? |
